Located close to the bars in the north of the city, gay owned and operated, owner and staff very friendly and the owner knows the local scene very well. All rooms have TV, video, fridge and mini-bar, and range from small rooms from 750 Baht, suites from 1750 Bht and beautiful studio suites from 2,100 Bht (all prices ex VAT). Has a garden bar as well.

A gay-friendly guest house centrally situated in Chiang Mai near the night market, and only five minutes drive from the airport. It has six self contained bungalows (three with air-conditioners and three with fan). All have en suite toilets and showers, refrigerators and TV (on request), Single or double beds are available, and the rooms are serviced daily. There is an attractive outdoor eating area situated in a well established garden with many exotic plants and tasty meals are available as well as bar service. Telephone and fax is available for guests use and there is a fast and efficient laundry service. Rooms are Baht 350 for aircon and Baht 300 for fan.
